BEHRINGER PMP 4000 Power Mixer

Postby skye » Tue Feb 15, 2011 12:42 pm

I am thinking of purchasing this power mixer, does anyone know anything about them.
This is only going to be used for vocal and backing tracks at Shadows club.
I am looking for something a little bit lighter than my current set up (Soundcraft 1200w power mixer) which is now getting too heavy although a brilliant sound.
Any help would be much appreciated

Your Soundcraft desk is quality gear - the Behringer could be less so and you may be disappointed, I would urge you to compare before commiting to change.
Yamaha would be a good choice to keep the quality the same.

Behringers are a budget make, so if you already have a top quality mixer, hang on to it. Get yourself a collapsable porter's trolley, so you don't have to carry it too far.
