Yes which brings back memories of the AC30 top boost I had in the sixties and traded it in for a Marshal transister 100w amp the seventies with the notion that it'd sound better and be more powerful :( Which it was'nt as I soon found out :evil:

One of my most stupid things I did in my youth :roll:

I never ever got another amp that sounded near as good as that one.

I swapped an AC15 that I bought in 1963 for a record player in 1968 !
