Hi ! there.
I feel this video caches right Hank's tone on the reunion tour.

On DVD, Hank's tone is too sweet.

I believe the DVD's sound is recorded with high quality equipment, so the sound will be exact. Other reasons I think his guitar is sweet is because he's using Fender Vintage Noiseless pickups &
not Kinman ones....

As far as I know, Hank's Strats were fitted with CS54 pickups for the "Reunion Tour". I didn't notice major differences in tone between what I heard at the Paris concert on november 7th 2009, and what's recorded on the DVD.
