Sad news indeed, Buddy Holly's bass man passed away. RIP Joe, and many thanks for the music, a lasting legacy.

That really is sad news. And just a few days after the anniversary of Buddy Holly's death. It's time for me to revisit the great music they made.

Very sad. Joe B was a gentleman. Great player and, like Dave says, has left an amazing legacy

It is indeed a wonderful legacy. At a recent Buddy Holly celebration show we did with Andrew G Morley as Buddy, the theatre wanted us to do an extra night, as the tickets could have been sold more than twice over, such is the popularity in this music. :)
