Mystery 60s Trio

Postby GoldenStreet » Thu Mar 05, 2015 11:41 am

Can anyone put a name to this trio (not remotely associated with the Shads!) from the mid-1960s?

Hmm that's a hard one!!!
None of the faces look at all familiar or one time Hit Parade artists?
Maybe some Record Companies answer to the Springfields?

For the record, it transpires that these are most likely The Headliners, from Bracknell, and much in the style of the Seekers, whose main claim to fame, apart from a couple of singles for Decca, was winning an edition of Opportunity Knocks in July, 1965...

The picture, seemingly, has no connection with the trio.
