Andy is a well known eyesight impaired street busker in the North West who plays like Hank and of courses does a lot of Shadows stuff - a familiar figure who draws large crowds and now most commonly seen in Manchester I think.
He's apparently just had a lot of stuff stolen including his two amps and so cannot play at the moment.
