Hi All,

Jim,

They all say Hello to you.
I also was sitting at the same table as this Nuclear Engineer from San Luis Obispo (4 hours North of L.A.) who met you at the Surfer Joe Festival in Livorno (forgot his name).
He says Hello.
Have you heard about the Quilter amps?. They are absolutely amazing. Only a foot & 1/2 wide (square shape) and with a sound and a power to die for.
It's the Brother of Quilter (tall guy who plays with the FireBalls) who makes them.

FYI, I attached the upcoming SurfGuitar101 Convention below from BigTikidude (in case you happen to be in the neighborhood):

Hi all,

I hope everyone is in good health and spirit.

I saw Albert Lee last night in Pasadena. It was a very nice show that featured more of the Albert Lee singing
than guitar playing.
It seems that he sings even better now, and I couldn't help but notice that his speed and precision on the guitar
has taken a toll, maybe from age or lassitude?. I couldn't tell. No long blistering runs as he used to do, some misses too.
He repertoire is very modern too, with some beautiful ballads sung with feeling and clean and harmonious guitar riffs.
He did gratify us with good country / oldies like Countryman, and my favorite, Ray Charles "If you don't want you don't have to".

All in all, a wonderful performance, backed by truly incredible local musicians.
He lives in Malibu now and will be playing tonight at the "backed potato". I am invited me, but I don't think I will be able to make it.
I am glad enough people showed up as his show was rescheduled because of the Santa Clarita fire last month, and 1/2 before there
were just a small bunch of people attending. I was glad when I saw the outdoor place getting slowly filled up just when he started.

I posted for you couple of pictures.

If I could play guitar (and piano) as well as Albert , I could never be that modest!
