That is terrible news, many of us were waiting for his usual stream last night, and wondered if it was a technical issue. He has a young kid as well

Totally shocked and desperately saddened by this news. Only last night, a group of us were awaiting his latest live stream, and wondering why he didn't make it. We assumed technical issues. He streamed a test video only yesterday afternoon and all seemed well.

Although I never met Steve in person, we "talked" via Youtube and Facebook on a number of occasions. He was a genuinely lovely bloke who was always willing to help out with advice on gear \ songs etc and I'm not ashamed to admit I'm shedding a few tears as I type this. Steve was far too young to go - his poor family must be absolutely devastated. They are in my thoughts and prayers.

RIP Steve, and thankyou for all the music.

That's a total shock to me. I watched one of his videos today. Steve was a lovely pleasant young man and a great musician.

R.I.P. Steve, thank you for the music,

Its extremely upsetting, I heard the news earlier this evening. I believe Steve was a couple of years younger than me I really enjoyed chatting with him on various platforms and unfortunately my schedule never allowed us to meet in person. He will be greatly missed by many. My heart goes out to his family who he leaves behind

RIP buddy

Blimey this isn't the way it should go....I'm one of the old geezers that has to go first, not the future of shadow music.
Steve was a diamond geezer, always a friendly word for others who loved our music....
He will be sadly missed!!!
RIP Steve, thanks for the great music and your presence on the sites.
Our thoughts are with his family and loved ones.

Absolutely shocked and still finding it difficult to take in, Steve was truly one of our own and a great inspiration to many, thoughts are for his family and friends at this sad time. I very much hope it will be of some comfort for them to know how well liked and respected he was within the Shadows community, his personality, enthusiasm and music will be sorely missed.

R.I.P. Steve

I enjoyed playing alongside Steve on loads of occasions. He was a good friend, very talented and has gone far too early.
