He introduced that right-hand swipe up the keyboard -always used by rock'n'roll pianists from then on.

Been watching a few Youtube videos of Jerry Lee Lewis and he was certainly a 'killer' pianist and also a vocalist- no doubt of that and also one of the 'Rock n Roll' greats.

So saddened by your post. I didn't know. (stopped watching the news and buying papers.)
He was my great favourite of all the rock n roll stars, Whole lotta shaking for me was the greatest
rock n roll record ever. I had front-row tickets at the Odeon Manchester for his ill-fated first tour.
One of my most musical disappointments was when he was sent home before he got there.
