Thanks Bob, I had seen that one and it isn't the track I'm after, there's a chap called Dave Monk on YouTube playing the one I'm looking for it's 'The Last Of The Mohicans' (main title)

Thank you for that Jim, but it's the wrong tune. The one I'm seeking is featured on YouTube by a chap called Dave Monk and it is the 'other' part of the same soundtrack. :)

Hi,
Why don´t you send a mail to Dave and ask him where hi has found this backing.
Regards,
Ove

Several people have asked him about the backing track, but never an answer, which is why I'm asking here in the hope that someone may know. I don't want it for myself but I know someone who would like it and he has asked me if I would produce the track for sale. I no longer have any enthusiasm for making tracks after my experiences of people giving our work away, in truth I could easily put something together but would rather point the gentleman in the direction of where he can buy it for himself. Producing something even as simple as this track takes a day or more when you take into account the amount of research and multiple checking involved, comparing with the original to maintain accuracy. To me that's a day of my life wasted for people to give away your hard work. Unless it's something for me, I don't even switch on the recorder these days. :)

Hi Dave
Only just joined this great Shadows forum - I too have scoured the internet and youtube and listened to every backing track without success. There are 3 Guitar Shadows Tracks like Dave Monks played by others and none of these people reply to messages about the Backing Track seems very strange never encountered this before. I might try and take the lead guitar out of the backing track using one of the voice removing software see if that works. Will let you know but appreciate you messaging me if you have any joy too...good luck Chris
