I'm putting together a home recording of this. Normally I'm pretty good at sussing out chords by ear, but I'm struggling on the middle section. It's the section after the second verse, following the but where the Am becomes A. I know the first chord is D, but that's as far as I can go. Any help much appreciated, thank you.

Starting from the Am :-

Am / A7 / A7 / D / F#7 / Bm / Am7 / G / B7 / Em / Em D/ C / D / G / G / D / D / D7 / D7 /
