Windows 8 .1 OS

I wonder if anyone can help out a gentleman who asked for my patches who runs the latest Windows 8 and cannot open the zip files that I sent him. I'd like to help but am unable to do so as I know nothing about the latest OS from Windows. My files are sent from my MacBook, as I send them to everyone else. His name is Malcolm Peter and he just joined the site, his user name is stratly.

I'm using Windows 8.1 and it works fine with your patches.

He should download the free version of Winzip compatible with Win8
