By a strange quirk of synchronicity, I just happened to find myself in cities relevant to them on both Bruce Welch and Brian Bennett's birthdays...
First of all, on November 2nd last year I found myself in Newcastle on Bruce's birthday! It seemed only right to celebrate in an appropriate manner!

...And then on Tuesday, February 9th, I found myself in London (aboard the PS Tattershall Castle, on the Thames, to be precise), the birthplace of a certain Mr Brian Bennett.
Birthday synchronicity again (I don't really plan these things!) and, again, the occasion was celebrated in appropriate style! Well, the sun was over the yardarm. Just! Cheers!!
