Saw Tommy in concert in Glasgow last week as part of the Celtic Connections festival.

Outstanding as always...

Wow! It's great to see three superb guitarists having a wonderful time bouncing off each other and trading licks. Great version of The Sultans of Swing too.

I've seen Tommy a couple of times in Belfast and he puts on a fantastic show.

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the heads up. A perfect example of how Tommy E, is not only a musician/guitarist extraordinaire but an entertainer .. and as this video shows, able to engage fellow musicians to test and go beyond their own limits. He is equally able to inspire the most junior player ... if you met him at the local Shads club he would be encouraging everyone else.

Cheers
George

Just watched it and been blown away! Absolutely, bloody superb! Thanks for pointing it out. I saw a video of Tommy accompanying a young girl playing 'The Savage' and that was awesome too.

If you appreciate this type of music and haven't acquainted yourself with them already, do check out some (or all preferably!) of the performances of Rodrigo y Gabriela..............and then be prepared to give up playing!

Stephen.
