Yes , they are both pictured in todays Metro Newspaper!!!
Phil needs to work a bit on the hair, but even so quite uncanny.
One thing, he is unlikely to win a Phil May of the Pretty Things lookalike!!!

I live in Theresa May's constituency and last night a Conservative party canvasser knocked on the door seeking my vote. It was a couple of minutes before I realised he was Philip May.

It just shows how photos and TV can be deceptive because, face to face in the flesh, he looks nothing like Hank. He seems like a nice guy, though!

A few years ago (pre-internet) I advertised a guitar I was selling in the local paper and a man turned up to buy it for his son. He was the absolute spitting image of Hank!

And the funny thing was, yes it was a Fender Strat. Just not a red one though.
