How to post a photo from the Internet?

How goes one post an image found on the Internet here? Is that possible?

The only way I know that always works is to download the image to your own device then upload it to here

Use the URL button and paste in the URL of the picture you want to show.

You will already have right-clicked the picture (wherever it is) and clicked on "Copy image address".
