Contemporary to the Peter Sellers 1958 skit on Tommy Steele, The Trumpet Volunteer, is The Tommy Rot Story by the now largely forgotten comedy double act of Morris and Mitch (Joe Moe and Mitch Revely). Previously, they were part of a seaside knockabout act in Margate (Morris, Marty and Mitch) with a young Marty Feldman.
