Shadows books

Part of my consolation at not having a Shads ticket was to order two books from Amazon UK. Bruce's autobiography arrived last night and I've half finished it already. What a lovely read it is. So well written, entertaining and honest. I'm really enjoying it. Then today 'The Story of the Shadows' turned up, so it's next on the list although I've cheated and looked at some of the photos already. I only ordered them a week ago so am overjoyed to have received them so quickly. I actually read about the books on this forum so thanks for mentioning them.

I read both of those books straight through. You keep saying "Just one more chapter" and before you know it you've reached the end. They are both very compelling reads.

That's what happened when I started on Bruce's book so I'm pacing myself now or I'll have read them too soon.
