I've just had a 'curate's egg' experience with DV24/7.
On Wed 5 Jan I ordered a Boss pedal from them on line with a stated delivery of 4/6 days. I received an automated acknowledgement but nothing else. Rang their helpline after a week, held in a queue, took advantage of their call back service but never received a call. Feeling rater aggrieved, I rang again the next day (which was 2 days ago) and this time I managed to speak to someone quite quickly. He was very helpful and was able to tell me that my order was still at the depot in Germany and the estimated delivery date was next Wed, 19 Jan. He emailed me the tracking number from which I was able to check that the pedal was still at the depot late on Thurs evening. I wasn't very impressed but at least I had a point of reference.
Therefore, I was surprised, nay stunned, when the pedal was delivered to me yesterday afternoon and I thought what great customer service it was that someone had driven all through the night from Germany just for me
I should have realised when ordering that the pedal was coming from Germany and, had I done so, I probably wouldn't have gone ahead but what started badly turned out OK in the end
