For those who are interested, the new Van Halen album, "A Different Kind of Truth", is absolutely amazing. Good old Eddie is still firing on all cylindars at the grand old age of 56 and his playing has lost none of its edge. I loved much of the Sammy Hagar-era stuff, but it's good to have 'Diamond' Dave Lee Roth back in the fold and, to be honest, this is by far the best album the band has recorded since the first two. Great drumming, very inventive, and the bass playing is melodic, solid and at times very, very fast!
Can't recommended it too highly. It's a juggernaut which clearly ain't gonna stop rolling any time soon!!!
