Hi.....i am quite partial to the little buffet style 1's, however, i have recently had a bad experience with 1 as it was full of gristle. It made me heave a bit and has put me off them. This is a shame, as i used to love having them with a couple of crackers and a bit of cheese.

We have particularly splendid ones most weeks. Big ones cut up.
Me and greedy boy Bayliss have first pick and then throw the crumbs to the peasants.

hi ecca, had a look at your videos on youtube very impressive, looks like you are enjoying yourselves. i am hoping to pop down to the saddlers club on one of the tuesdays to have a butchers if that is ok? i have a song that i wrote on youtube, i play all guitars on it and sing, its got some issues. i recorded it on a cheap 4 track if you would like to have a look, type in 'baby always baby ryan wemm' at top of youtube.
i noticed on one of your vids you seem to be recording to your computer, i would like to be able to do this but i haven't a clue how. any info would be much appreciated
