Hello dear Shadows lovers in Northumberland,

I live in se London and I belong to the Dartford Shadows Club in Kent and the Kent Club which is in Strood, Rochester, Kent.

I will be in the north east of England in mid February and I would very much like to visit the Northumberland Shadows Club on Wednesday 19th February while I'm in the area. I'm a bass guitarist mainly but do play a bit of lead guitar and would like to perform a couple of tunes while there. (Just one thing - I would ask if someone would be kind enough to let me use their Fender Strat' as I can't really hump mine on the train up from London.)

As I think it's school half-term holiday that week I might be bringing a young man with me who is learning some Shadows stuff and he might like to do a number too.

P.S. The only thing that might prevent me coming is of course bad weather but let's hope it's kind to us.
