I would like to attend this event, possibly with some other members of our guitar club, and as we would be travelling up from the West Midlands and will need to book accommodation I would be grateful for some additional details about the weekend, namely:

The venue and times of the Saturday and Sunday sessions:
Admission charge. Does this need to be paid in advance or on the door?
Bands appearing;
Recommended hotels local to the venue.

I haven't been able to locate this information on the forum; any details would be greatly appreciated.

Details are as follows:
Saturday 11 AM - 5.15 PM
Sunday 10.30 AM - 5.15PM
The venue is The Scarborough Rugby club, Silver Royd, 569 Scalby Road, Scalby, Scarborough, North Yorkshire YO13 0NL
Don't know what the admission is but from memory it is about £7.00 for one day and £12.00 for two days but that is an estimate.You can pay on the door as far as I know they don't sell tickets in advance

Legend....Shadows in the Burns era

Sunday
Shadows Music...local Shadows band
Down South...lads from Devon and Cornwall playing Shadows and other instros
