Also be aware that some of the G3’s may have an earlier operating system, however it is very easy to upload the latest version from the Zoom site.

Hi Charlie,

Firstly, welcome to Shadowmusic.

Also worth considering is the new Zoom G1x Four which came out a few weeks ago. I’ve recently bought one and am very pleased with it. A range of Shadows patches are available from Echopedaler on E-Bay and are quite reasonably priced.
He has posted a lot of demos of this and other units on YouTube which are very worthwhile watching.

All the best.

Hi Charlie,

There’s no problem with the memory or processing power on any of the Art D,Echo patches that I’ve ever used. I think there’s about 30 patches in all. (It’s my memory that’s failing). I’ve used them on Zoom MS-70, G1on & G1Xon and have had no problems whatsoever!
I don’t know What difference there is between Halls Echoes & Art D’Echo on th G3x apart from the cost,
Anyway, best of luck & enjoy.

Regards

Ian

I've not had first hand experience of Art D'Echo. However, having had
The G3X with Ross Hall's echoes for three years or so.
According to the best feedback I've had. Quality.

Cheers, Alan.
