KENT SHADOWS MUSIC CLUB 4th DECEMBER MEETING

Hello every one.
The last meeting of this year is almost upon us.
We not be having a band as there is far to much to get through.
Backing tracks until every one has played, buffet, raffle,presentation
for player of the year. Then Gary Bryant will be playing for about
half an hour, after that if time permits,we will go back to playing with backing tracks.
Can I ask if you have a GUITAR STAND, to bring one along with you to this meeting
if possible, as space will be needed.Your help will be very much appreciated.
Will start sharp at 19.30 hours.

Hello Everyone.
Thank you all that cam along last night, what a fantastic night it was.
A very packed house indeed,good food, thank you Jean. Gary Bryant played
a supersonic set,I did join Gary on The Road To Hell blow your socks off.
I must not forget Ray Oliver who over many years has surpassed him self with his playing
he who the club voted player of the year.To Terry back and Edna who presented my wife with a
lovely bunch of flowers and for my self a whole load of cheese scones.
To all that has made this club a success over the passed years.
We wish Peter a speedy recovery,he could not make it last night,as he was not very well.
Look forward to seeing you in the new year.
8th January 2014 (fingers grossed it does not snow) Hear is to a peaceful new year.

Dear Spence and all the team. May I add my appreciation for all you do to run Kent Shadow Music Club. The Christmas meeting two days ago, on 4th December, was such a wonderful event - as all the meetings are - and I was so happy to be there amongst the like-minded friends that I've made over the last few years. I know, from running things in the past, that it is far from easy so very well done all and thank you again. I'm basically a self-taught player who relies totally on being blessed with a good 'ear' but what makes it all so worthwhile and satisfying is that everybody gets a good clap and praise too even if you've messed it up and I'm definitely in that category! Happy Christmas to one and all. John.
