Hi Chaps Many thanks for sending/signing the card, a nice touch.
Have a new knee fitted now, so will be back with you all in a few weeks time (hopefully!!)

Cheers

Best of luck Mick.
I've had both of mine done, no problem except that I can no longer kneel in front of the wife and beg .

Thanks, so far so good, albeit very stiff, but living like a king! Won't last of course!

Do your exercises religiously.
Resist the temptation to have a cushion under your knee in bed even though it's more comfortable.
Keep counting the stitches ( or clips) How many are there, 32 ?
Jab the needle in your tummy quickly unlike my wife who thought she was doing me a favour by doing it slowly.
Worst of all - the stockings.
Much worse than the pain from the knee and for 6 weeks ! AAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh !

No stitches only super glue, & a big patch! Very sexy stockings (not), remind me of the clowns in the circus with the white pointy hat! But not really suitable for doing the shadows walk in !
