Pretty eTap

Here's a nice pretty eTap that I've made...........

https://app.box.com/s/ae8tf9wyrgwltdzoju4ts31fvkjhu3u8

2 valve pre-amp, pentodes.

Uses any 12 volt, 1 amp power supply, AC or DC, polarity irrelevant.
Concentric level potentiomers. Inner for input , outer for output.
Uses inverter for HT , not transformer.

Will burn well if wood shortage.

Nice job Ecca. Any chance I could order a sideboard and TV cabinet? ;)

Excellent job. Dome head screws would look better on the latch - hehe

They are domed. They were swapped after this photo, slotted as well. not posidriv.

Hi Rog, One of the interesting things that I incorporated was to use an inverter to produce the required 275 volts for the valve's HT instead of a transformer.
The advantages being ;
No chance of a 50hz hum - the inverter works at 50 khz.
12 volt AC/DC supply, polarity irrelevant.
Lighter in weight on the PCB.
Nice pink colour.
