Data protection for former members

The ShadowMusic site is Public and you do not need to be a registered member to use it. You are very welcome here whenever you like.

We still have members from the former life of the site, however, even though all the membership facilities have been removed.

For Data Protection reasons it is not now appropriate for us to hold your personal information so we are carefully considering what alterations we need to make to comply with the law.

Members can no longer look up the Members’ List so any personal details there are no longer accessible.

We have removed real names from all postings on the site, so the only remaining identifier is the Pseudonym you chose when you registered on the site. If you used your real name however, as I did, it lives on.
