If Virgin is your broadband provider, quite a lot of residential customers in certain
density areas of the country are getting speeds reduced by up to 50 per cent until
early December at least.
Reason network overcapacity data usage etc.
If this affects anyone you need to tell them and get credit on your bill each month
till resolved.
They will act only if YOU tell em!!!
