EFTP

Postby Trojun » Thu Oct 11, 2018 2:26 pm

I normaly use a magicstomp with Echotapper patches, into a vox AC15.which i find really good.
But i also have an old Zoom g2 with EFTP patches into a small Yamaha amp which is handy just for practicing.
Ive found that several of the EFTP patches are almost the same a9, b1, b2, b3 particularly.
Is this correct or could mine been altered at some time.

EFTP patches by Charlie, had a number of similar echoes. The head spacings/timings are the same, but the echo level has been adjusted accordingly, so I would guess your patches are fine.

Thanks Alan. I suppose its also due to the limitarions of the units as well. I find the Magicstomp Echotapper patches are pretty accurate, not so much the G2 EFTP ones, though good enough for practice.
