Your patience is rewarded. I have today received this email from Warner

Good news - we have stock of the new product and we’re ready to start the replacement program.
We ask that customers send us a photo with their ‘proof of purchase’.
This can be of the original receipt or a clear picture of the CD, opened, showing both front cover and the disc itself.
Please send this, and the preferred shipping address for the replacement, to the following email address:
TheShadows@warnermusic.com
From this we can send a new retail copy to them free of charge.
The replacement program will run for 3 months from today.

You have until 10th September to claim your replacement!

That sounds pretty clear to me. However, I will remain in touch with Warner so if you have any queries please let me know and I will get answers.
