Crazy Little Thing Called Love - Live

Postby abel » 21 Jun 2019, 05:59

Hi all,

My retirement is in full mode now (I hope you don't get tired of my postings).

I really start to like playing with flatwound strings now.
I hope you enjoy this one. I am playing Michael Buble's version (BT from Karaoke-version).

Blessings,
Abel

Glad you liked it folks.

Artyman,
This is what I used:

- Mexican Strat 2003 fitted with "Fender Pure Vintage 59's pups" / Flatwound strings (13,17,22,32,42,50)
- to -----------> MagicStomp Charlie Hall patch 8: Level 5.5.
- to -----------> Fender Mustang IV amp ("Basic Studio Pre-amp" amp model)
- P.A. System playing live backing track, and Mustang amp both right behind me.
- Live recording with Sony Mini Camcorder HDR-MV1 (2.4 feet in front of me).

Blessings,
Abel

That's well up to your usual high standard Abel. We couldn't get tired of your posts, they're all great. I admire your style of playing and the sound you get.

Keep it up, dear friend,
