SHADOWING HANK - latest tour dates

Postby MeBHank » Sat Jul 06, 2019 2:36 pm

Hello folks. Phew, life has a way of making you busy! Feedback from Shadowing Hank audiences so far has been phenomenal. Venues are already enquiring about return dates, and many more venues are being added to the shortlist. There's just not enough time in the day to get everything done! Thank you to everyone who has supported me so far, by either donating their time and expertise to the development of the show, or by doing the most important job by buying a ticket!

After the success of the show's very first theatre date in May this year a non-exhaustive list is now materialising. In addition to the two Yorkshire concerts which take place later this month, there are now dates for the South Coast and the South West areas... and believe it or not, before I've even had a chance to publicise them, they're already selling!

So, without further ado, here are the latest UK theatre dates for the Shadowing Hank show:

Wednesday 24th July
Doncaster Little Theatre
Box Office: 01302 340422

Saturday 21st September

Friday 11th October
Hanger Farm Arts Centre, Totton, Southampton
Box Office: 023 8066 7683
Click here for tickets: https://www.hangerfarm.co.uk/events/shadowing-hank/

I'm not going to stop Shadowing, so keep your eyes peeled and you'll be the first to see when more dates are added! Hope to see you soon!

Anything within (say) fifty miles of God's own county, Justin?

Toxteth? Not yet, Jim. ;)

In all seriousness, I have a small handful of venues in and around your area on a shortlist, with one very likely to result in a booking. Also, in the last couple of days an agent of mine has suggested a theatre, and my guess is that plan could move quite quickly. I've learned that nothing can be ever certain until tickets are on sale, but I'm now hoping to announce dates in Hertfordshire, Essex and possibly Kent in the coming weeks and months.

Well done Justin. Just found this on the interweb. What a sound. He certainly has got Hank's current tone bang on.

Yes, and recorded in Blackpool and I missed it too. Any chance of a return to Blackpool, or Anything in Lancashire on the horizon yet Justin?

Looking forward to seeing you, David and Peter. Thanks for the compliment, Tony.

Norman, I'm currently making a list of Lancashire theatres (which currently numbers about 30, to be eventually whittled down to a mere handful), alongside as many other areas as I can. In fact the venue-hunting is a never-ending process! It's great to know there's such demand to see this show, so please keep the suggestions coming, folks! Any sort of venue will be considered, but my preference is small theatres with capacities of 100-200.
