Yes there is certainly material from the 1961- 1965 period not on the current official BBC CD/ Vinyl release.
Rob Bradford wrote a very detailed article in 2002 in the SHADSFAX Magazine, outlining and listing what
had been recorded 1959- 1968.
As he said at the start of this current thread topic, a lot is off air quality which can be variable and can be
noted on some recordings that have seen the light on bootlegs/unofficial CD releases.
Anything that is available to remaster in enhanced quality- most welcome!!! and a sure seller if enough
tracks for vol 2 can be assembled. I will buy!!!

Will definately buy it! Have been waiting for Rollercoaster records to issue that stuff for some years, I guess that is not going to happen now?

John Beecher owns the copyright for quite a few studio quality Shadows ex - BBC master tapes 1959 - 1962. That is a completely different proposition. But, let's put it this way - with 'Shadows 60th' celebrations / publicity / TV documentary etc all upcoming soon....then when might be an ideal opportunity for him to issue this material I wonder????
