But the Strat is not a 1964 model. Possibly a
1974 model.

Oh no, I agree...but proof that Hank did use a sunburst Strat before the Tony Hicks model which he bought in the early '80s. (Not sure if Hank owned this one or just borrowed it for the Lulu show). I'm not aware of any evidence of Hank or Bruce using sunburst Strats in the '60s.

Regarding that sunburst Strat on the Lulu show, I have a feeling that all the gear would have been hired for that show & the Eurovision package.
I'm sure the subject cropped up during my Vibratos days when I spent a lot of time with Warren, Griff, Dick & Brian and it does register about 'hired gear' because at the time it was something that surprised me.
