Dear all,
I am very sad to let you know that Terry one of our members passed away this morning in hospital. Many of you will know Terry from our club and our annual galas at the Rugby Club in Scarborough. He was a gentle , kind man who always had time for others. He would give his time to help anyone with matters around guitars and music. He was always there in setting up and helping the players plug in. He will be missed greatly. x
Love Linda xx

I’m very sorry to hear this, Linda. Terry was a mainstay of your annual gala weekends, a friendly and reassuring presence who helped to make it all happen. Liked him a lot. All sympathy to his family and friends especially in the East Yorks Club.
RIP Terry.

Terry was, effectively, the Stage Manager for the East Yorkshire Annual Gala, and was the epitome of friendly efficiency (he was also a very handy player). Nothing too much trouble, all done with a friendly smile. The club will miss him and we offer our heartfelt condolences to his loved ones.

This is very sad news.
I knew Terry only from attending the Scarborough Gala and found him to be more helpful than you could ever wish for.
He was always willing to give advice and he did just that during several phone conversations that we had.
RIP
