Brian on drums, TOTP 1976.

From 1976, a TOTP performance of Devil Woman, with Brian Bennett on drums and Dave Richmond on bass. It doesn't sound like the original LP/single version, so was probably re-recorded for TOTP. Never seen it before. They seem to be having fun!

That's a great clip Chris! So it's Terry Britten on lead guitar, Dave Richmond on bass guitar, Brian Bennett on drums and I think Graham Todd on electric piano, who we see here. That's almost the same line-up as on Brian's solo single "Thunderbolt"/"Clearing Skies", which was also recorded and released in 1976 and with Alan Tarney instead of Dave Richmond.

Thanks very much, Chris, I’ve been looking for this version for literally years. Well done.

To cut to the chase, Devil Woman begins at 32m 55s in

A Shadows association too with My Resistance Is Low, Robin (aka Clive) Sarstedt's only hit record of note.
