Thanks Gary,
Yes interesting behind the scenes stuff there. Seems William Holden thought he was an awful dancer and demanded $8000 more for 'stuntman premium" for the famous dance scene over which they played 'Moonglow'.
And he got it !

I'll take $8 and dance with Kim Novak any day, she certainly had that 'something' !

They must have paid their stuntmen well, an inflation calculator puts the figure at just under $89,000 at todays rates!

Absolutely, I would have paid her but I was only about 9 years old at the time and my pocket money was about two bob a week. LOL

I can’t believe that she’s 90 years old now!
