Did i read seen there are future volumes in the works?

Yes, that's correct. I have heard volumes 5 and 6 will come within the next couple of months or so.

You probably mean "Big 'B'".

Very pleased to see that Vols 5 and 6 have just been announced, covering 1968 and 1969. I am particularly interested in the 1969 volume as this contains three Alan Hawkshaw era gigs, including one (much abbreviated!) performance where they played as a three piece (Bennett, Rostill, Hawkshaw) because Hank was ill.

As I understand, it will become available via Leo's Den, but in the course of January. I have already seen the tracklistings for these two CDs elsewhere though. Nice to get these very rare 1969 live recordings. Also nice to have a live version of "It's All Over" from 1968.

Isn't there a 1966-67 live set?

No there isn't. As with the year 1963, the compilers probably didn't find any concert recordings from 1966 and 1967.

A shame. 1963 was a very good year for them and it was the year I was born... so it's a travesty of justice that it's not represented. But don't worry, when I get my time machine built I'm going back to 1963 with a digital recorder. And a video camera.

And by a happy coincidence, "over" rhymes with "Dover"! :-)
