Hi Roland,
That's a great version of this tricky tune.
What was your strat going through - it had a very rich burble and twang?
Also some excellent accoustic guitar playing by your 'accomplice'.

Many thanks for your nice words
If we only practice so loose, I'm usually too lazy to plug in my effects.
I'm right in directely in the Vox VT40 + and I have used only a little echo and reverb from the amp.
But the neck pickup of my Fender is very good, it sounds very twangy (vintage pickup).
