Red Plectrums

Postby alanbakewell » 15 Feb 2012, 09:20

Some time back I bought a stock of the red 1.3mm ( I think ), plectrums.

These are the ones that Hank used to throw at hecklers in the crowd. :D

Can someone please advise me if they're still available and where I might obtain them.

Cheers, Alan.

Those red plectrums actually sound different. They have a sharper, brighter sound than other plectrums of the same thickness, or so my ears tell me. I think that could be due to the very sharp point and also the harder material used.

Providing you buy in a minimum quantity of 50 off, they can be obtained direct from George Dennis in the Czech Republic:

Email them through contact page, George responds fairly quickly, I got delivery by return once payment was made.

This might seem a bit of overkill, but there were plenty of takers in the Shadows Club I run and the price is good at this level!
