Dear Alex: I think I've found a guitar tab that might work...below is the web address (when you get there, page down to where you see the name "Joaquin Rodrigo"). I also put direct links to each of the two tabs available.

When I clicked on the link for the Aranjuez "power tab", on my computer it loaded directly into TuxGuitar. If you have TuxGuitar or GuitarPro, I think it will do the same for you. I played it back and it sounded about right. Then you can save the file on your computer.

While I could never play this song, I'm sure...this tab looks much easier to understand than the classical music tabs.

Good luck,
Donna

You're welcome, Alex. Good luck with the song. I happened to find a video of Hank playing this tune...maybe you've seen it. It's not a recent video. I enjoyed it because of the close-ups of Hank's hands. For some reason, I found it interesting to see that Hank has the tension on the tremolo arm very tight so that it stays in place and his hand is just draped around it, not really making any contact with it until he chooses to use it. Bruce's introduction to the song is very funny, too.

Do you plan to play the song on an electric guitar or an acoustic? I was just wondering. I'm a beginner and I couldn't play this song any way. But I do like this one, and Guitar Tango as well.

Kind regards,
Donna
