This is a short sample of our raw recording of "Wonderful Land".
It was done in Danny Dean's (our singer) studio with all equipment dating from the 40's era.
No processing yet, it's the raw recording (I hope our CD will come to light soon).

The objective was not to match the sound, but to re-create the ambiance of the time:

The guitar distorts a bit as I wasn't hearing the monitor, so I kept raising the amp volume.

The Rhythm guitar realized he played a minor and started laughing.

"Theme for Young Lovers" by the 'Men of Mystery', CA. USA

Hi all,

I hope you are all in good (or decent) health and spirit.

I thought you might like to see this live performance of our band in California at the Benefit for Eddie Bertrand of "Eddie and the Showmen" held at Don the Beachcomber, Huntington Beach, CA. USA a few years ago.

Someone recorded it with a mono camcorder I guess.
Some glitches but I hope you will like it.
Don't know why I wanted to speed up the tempo at a certain point, it was just right.
