Fender Pro Junior set up

Hi, i could do with some help with RFX 2200 / RFX 2000 input, and output settings ,when using my new Pro Junior [at home ] , with my Super Champ XD, i have the input at arround 11 o/ clock , output at arround 12 o/clock , i have Lindy Frailin 54 pick ups fitted , with the new amp i have to turn down the guitar volume by one notch to stop the RFX peaking ,it sounds great , even more so now i have fitted jan 5751 valves, but i am sure it could be even better with some fine tuning , thaks Ron.
