STRANGER ON THE SHORE_SPIKE(CLARINET) & GARY(GUITAR)

Postby Spike » 09 Jan 2016, 11:48

Hi Everyone

Here is something a bit different.
I recorded this tune the other day on a backing track given to me by a friend.
I asked Gary to add some guitar parts and harmony with a little surprise in the middle.

The Clarinet used is a French made Buffet Clarinet BG20

Hope you enjoy it

Good morning Spike,
That was a super performance and recording.
I really enjoyed it, especially the 'Summer Holiday' motif in the middle!
Keep them coming.
Cheers,
JB

Splendid mate. a really enjoyable listen.

It is you on the clarinet and not another feature of the TVS3? :-)

Cheers, Alan.

Hi Everyone

Really appreciate your comments...thank you!

Alan: The sound you hear is from my clarinet...made from the finest wood and a grotty 20 year old reed that needs replacing...oh well :D
Wish I had more time to practice...life is so rushed and then you have the grand kids

Might do one more later with Gary and Paul.

Cheers
Spike
