Theme tune to the 1962 ABC TV Sci-Fi series, written by Tony Hatch. All in house recording of this rare instrumental....starts off with keyboard/harpsichord then progresses to guitar...

Paul - really authentic! I have not heard this before but could completely believe that it is from a '60s TV programme. It all ended quite abruptly for me though - just when I was getting into it, it faded!

Al good listen nonetheless - and so nice to hear something new.

Excellent playing and recording quality on a superb (if little-remembered) 1960s TV theme.

One tiny point: In this thread, you correctly called it an ABC TV series (and it was).

On the Soundcloud page you called it an ATV series. There is a LOT of confusion on the web which gives the former ATV credit for ABC's programmes (particularly The Avengers). At least it wasn't the ultimate insult of crediting it to <spit> Granada Television!
