York Shadows club is still very much alive and kickin' and is now meeting at the Dunnington Sports Club. Our contact is Brian Burley

The Friends of the Shadows Club Southend is still active and meetings are held on the last Tuesday of the month (except December) at the appropriately named Ecko Social & Sports Club, Thornford Gardens, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS2 6PU.
