The Shadows in a tent!

Does anyone remember what I think is the only time that The Shadows played in a tent (OK then a marquee/pavilion).
It took place at the Royal Showground, Stoneleigh just south of Coventry and was entitled 'Recro '80 the Barclaycard Leisure Festival.
The event took place during August '80 over the period Fri 1st to Sun 10th and featured different artists each day.
Artists appearing :-
Fri 1st David Essex, Barbara Dickson
Sat 2nd Ella Fitzgerald, Georgie Fame
Sun 3rd London Symphony Orchestra
Mon 4th Showaddywaddy
Tue 5th The Des O'Connor Show
Wed 6th Bruce Forsyth
Thur 7th Lulu and Roy Castle
Fri 8th The Shadows, Liquid Gold
Sat 9th The Max Bygraves Show
Sun 10th The Nolans, The Black Abbotts

I was lucky enough to see the Shadows on the 8th and it was a great show. If anyone is interested I kept a record of the set list.
Unfortunately the surface of the ground was pretty damp and some of the heavier members of the audience found their chair legs sinking slightly into the earth!

What was The Shadows' setlist? Who augmented Hank, Bruce and Brian?

Thank you Roger. All tracks were part of the setlist from the Spring tour of that year. Shortly after the 'tent gig' the new setlist for the Autumn tour featured other tracks, including new ones from the then new studio album "Change Of Address".

From the opposite of playing in a tent, reading recently through the Shads' 1961 book (by Themselves), I was reminded of them playing 'al fresco', as it were, in Calais, as part of the Rock Across The Channel voyage on Sunday 18th June 1961. Despite the more informal setting, the boys are seen looking immaculate, as always, in their regular stage suits of the period...
