Bah. Humbug!
Yes, it's that time of year again folks when all the North Notts Club members don their deer antler ear muffs, sprinkle
glitter on their whammy bars and flock to the Notts Christmas bash.
The forcast is snow-free for that day so if you fancy starting the festive season with a good dose of Shad's music in a great atmosphere
then put your Christmas pudding woolly jumpers on and come join in the fun!
Admission for this meeting will be free. (It will though cost you £45 to leave)

For those who can't / don't want to / can't be arsed to make it we wish you all the very best for Christmas and the New Year.

I was comimg to this until someone reminded me we had an afternoon gig at a golf club dinner.

That's exactly what we do but get well paid for it.

The 2017 finale meeting for the North Notts Guitar Club was, as usual, excellent. Pete and team and catering supremo, Laura, deserve a medal for all the effort they have put in this year to make this club consistently successful. I estimated that more than 60 people attended. Great atmosphere due to the lovely people who attend, both on a regular and occasional basis and the General Manager who runs the establishment (who took the time and trouble to thank everyone for their attendance and interest in the club).
Hopefully we will all be together for the next 10 years to sing the praises of Pete and Team who provide us with an environment to play the music we all love and as importantly with the people of a kindred spirit.
