Today's news from Warner

The new version is now on sale.
Availability in the shops will depend on when retailers decide to buy new stock, but it will start to filter in as they reorder.
The way to differentiate between the two will be the barcode – 0190295495206 is the new 2019 one, 0190295624859 is the old 2018 one.
If buying online, best contact the online retailer to confirm what the product/barcode they are selling.

Many thanks for your perseverance and time spent sorting this out with Warners. I will now continue to use their holiday accommodation which was under severe threat as a result of the original oversight....

Just sent my request off to Warner. Found a printable receipt on Leo’s Den web site!
I suppose it would make sense for them to just send the disc to Australia if the artwork hasn’t changed.

I got my CD through Leo's Den who suggested to email theshadows@warnermusic.com.
This is my email below (I also attached pictures of both sides of the wrong DVD)
Is this enough for them to send me the correct DVD or do I have to send money for the shipping to California as I haven't heard back from them.

there was another corrected release.

That should be fine Abel. Warner have been flooded with claims and it will take time to get through them all. I think you’ve done what’s required and there should not be a postage cost as far as I’m aware.

I got mine through Amazon UK who seem to still be selling the 2018 version, they said they will let me know when any new 2019 version turns up !
